Touchblock is now live!
After 4 years of development, Orderite Inc. announced this week it has reached a milestone in its history. Founder Doug Dillard announced "as of July 7, 2009 Orderite's Touchblock product has now undergone one full year of testing in actual restaurant environments around the southeastern United States. Over that time we have recorded nearly 200,000 temperature events keeping food safe at participating restaurants. Orderite is now awaiting final UL approval for its device and will begin commercial sales of the product by Q4 2009."
This week alone Touchblock products have recorded over 53,000 temperature events, and nearly 500 food safety related tasks that used to be recorded on paper.
